The location was fantastic, but that’s where the positives end. We booked a double room, yet on arrival the staff bombarded us with intrusive, overly personal questions and treated us like suspects in an investigation just because we booked through “Trip.com.” Then they gave us the wrong room: a triple in the basement with no working shower or hot water, and right next to the air conditioning system blowing hot air straight into the room on a sweltering summer day. And the “view”? A concrete wall. (How charming!) We complained and were promised the correct room, but nothing ever happened. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive throughout. AVOID this place. The location isn’t worth the hassle. If you like the area, pick literally any other hotel.

Great location not far from nothing hill, hotel just on budget travel will work great, great local bar and many restaurants , nothing hill carnaval great location if you want to be in the middle of carnaval crowd

If I could rate lower I would. A highly disappointing and very short stay. We stayed for about 30 minutes and then left moments later after experiencing a room that was to the same standards as a London public toilet. Room 57, or what could also be described as the converted storage room was right below the stairs leading up to the main street with a very unsafe window. The room itself was swelteringly hot as it's below street level. We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked so we instead asked for a fan or something to cool us down if we stayed the night but they refused us. We instead decided to pack up and find somewhere of higher standards, which wasn't difficult as the standard, as previously mentioned, were record breakingly low. We also asked at reception for a refund and were told to contact an email address. Which we later sent a message to and was totally ignored. £92 wasted and will never stay here again. If anyone stays here, beware room 57. If they hand you the key to that room, refuse it and ask to change or your money back. Although good luck with that because they'll ignore your request. Other, better, hotels are around in that area for similar prices with better amenities and better quality of service.

Unhealthy,stinky,un protected, over heated,dirty room with attached unpainted, stinky with facilities bathroom .. I saw 🪳 after a decade in their bathroom.. you can measure the quality of service from their toilet tissue that they provided for clients in 1st world and city like London 🤣🤣

The room is very small for a double bedroom

Disappointed, got put in a room in the basement it smelt old/dusty uninviting. I checked in after 10pm- so they must of had the windows open best part of 6hrs (as it was still open when i arrived) but the smell was still very strong. There is a issue with damp or leaks im not sure, but the ceiling was brown and peeling off. The room was cold , there was 1 thin sheet and blanket on the bed, both of which had marks that I believe should not have been there and holes. Maybe they were just very old and needing updating so even after a wash they just still look uninviting. I requested a blanket, was offered a thin sheet, because the sheet was so thin I requested two I was told this was too much and was given one for my bed. The bed light did not work. Paint was peeling off the walls. No plug sockets by bed, only 2 in the room, as it was a triple room I don't believe that this was adequate.

Room 57, basement. Room size suitable for price paid in central London. Bathroom is the walk in shower room, which is really good size. But decoration is not great in there. Paint peeling and tiles not flat to the wall. Definitely needs completely redoing properly. But it was clean, had handwash, shampoo and bar of soap and 2 sets of towels. Kettle, coffee, tea and sugar supplied but no little milks which was slightly disappointing. Had hairdryer supplied too which is good. TV worked, bed had clean covers and wardrobe with 2 hangers supplied. And a safe. All in ok. We had an awful night's sleep, but then we don't always sleep great when away from home so probably not the hotels fault on that one.
