It is an old building so you can expect how the condition is, we got underground? room? It was okay for one night stay. Plus point for the location, easy access and near to subway too.

Great location, very close to a tube station. They offer us a bigger room for two persons. Service is excellent and facilities is good

The room is small, and I was traveling alone and there was only an IKEA single bed in the single room. There is heating in the room but no cooling. The location is close to Hyde Park and the subway station, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Paddington Station. It is a very conveniently located hotel. The facilities are old, the elevator can only accommodate two people, and even if there is an elevator to my room, I still need to walk up a few more stairs.

The room was terrible, the facilities were ok. The bedsheets were all lumpy... The floor was not flat, there was a hole in the middle. But the location was really good, eh.

Came here for work, easily located near to the tube - into the west end in 25 minutes. Bed was comfy! People on reception were super friendly. Our first room was too hot but was quickly resolved and then our second room the tv didn’t work but that didn’t matter and was quickly noted to maintenance to fix.
