I travelled from Cardiff to Paddington and when I got there I discovered my suitcase had been stolen. After spending nearly an hour resolving the matter, going to the Cheval was just what we needed. We were welcomed at the entrance, our bags were taken up to the room and we were very pleased with the vastness of the rooms and the beautiful way it was decorated. Everything we needed was provided and the 4 days we spent there was extremely comfortable and very enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit soon.

The location is excellent close by the train station. The staff were exceptional and gave recommendations with restaurants and places to visit.

I am extremely happy with this hotel. The area is very charming and also very close to museums. There are a lot of restaurants cafes to choose within 200meters, even a few Chinese restaurants. The staff is very friendly and professional, they offered me some coffee pods with free of charge, also, they offer free laundry service twice per week, which is very important for family with kids.
