The staff at this hotel were without exception, superb. Helpful, accommodating and friendly in all the departments.
Location is excellent with a great bus service practically outside the doors or it’s a pleasant 15/20 mins walk to Covent Garden, Soho, etc.
Only criticisms are regarding the rooms which are a bit too warm overnight with no way of regulating the system, and have very poor lighting.

Good location, good value for money. The disadvantage is that there is a bar on the roof and there will be loud noise in the room on weekend nights.

The location is good, 7-8 minutes walk to the Great Britain. The hotel is decorated in avant-garde style, dark, the bathroom is very small, the facilities are average, the soundproofing is not good, and I can't comment on it because I didn't have breakfast in the hotel. I mainly considered the double bed and booked it. It's too expensive during the summer vacation, more than 4,000 per night, no value for money. Not recommended!

The bathroom is so small that I want to cry. The toilet and the sink are facing each other, and it is difficult to even turn around.
