My arrival for a 2 day stay was delayed but I checked in online in good time and had a confirmation by email that I was checked in. When I arrived the next morning my room was not available and I had been put down as a no show. Staff blamed me for not using the ap right. Eventually they admitted that the room which I had paid for had been let out to someone else. Only when I asked to talk to the manager did they offer an apology (and 4 soft drinks in a paper bag)

Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip, es verbindet luxuriösen Aufenthalt mit Wellness Angeboten, ein super Frühstück und eine perfekte Lage mit direkter Anbindung zum ÖPNV. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Themse mit Blick zum BigBen! Die ausgezeichnete Lage ermöglicht es, dass man jegliche Stadtteile super einfach erreichen kann. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ebenso sind die Zimmer ordentlich und sehr modern ausgestattet, jeglicher Komfort ist gegeben!

My wife and I recently stayed at Park Plaza London Riverbank for our first visit to London, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the Thames and easy access to iconic landmarks like Westminster and Big Ben. The staff truly made our stay special. A big thank you to Andrew, Ellie, and Josh at reception, who were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us tips for exploring the city and making us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like a coffee machine that made our mornings even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection to suit everyone’s tastes. Although the reception area was a bit busy at times, the team handled everything smoothly. We had a fantastic experience and would love to return on our next trip to London. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

De locatie is prachtig; loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden, metro, restaurants, supermarkt. Maar de prijs is belachelijk hoog! Uiteraard zal de locatie (uitzicht Thames, Big Ben en Londen Eye) vanaf de 15e verdieping er mee te maken hebben maar het ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde en geen overbodige luxe voor dit geld. Enorm hotel met beperkt aantal liften waar dus lang wachten noodzakelijk was. De kamer met balkon was mooi maar niet erg schoon. Dus de prijs kwaliteit vind ik niet goed. Vriendelijk personeel en leuke avond gehad in het Chino Café met live muziek!

The restaurant was fantastic! Maria our server and the sushi chef were amazing! The best sushi I have had every bite was delicious. The service was great!! Presentation WOW! The piano player was great as well, Thank you for and awesome evening!

Kind staff, beautiful big hotel, has everything! The breakfast was wonderful, IREME was lovely. Pleasant atmosphere, everyone is smiling and helpful with everything. The hotel is very close to Big Ben, and there are plenty of taxis outside the hotel so everything is accessible.

Our stay at the park plaza was beautiful! The hotel is stunning and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly! The room was lovely and Karim was so polite and friendly which made our leaving situation so much easier as he came to our room and took all our bags for us! We will be coming back for sure 🙏🏼

Great location ! Great view ! Staff were nice and professional. Room and bathroom could have cleaned a little bit better, especially the tables and bathroom shower. Other than that the place is well kept not that worn out. Balcony has a great view and fresh air.

We came to the Chino Latino restaurant in the hotel for a dim sum masterclass. All of the staff were brilliant, especially Ederson who was teaching us. Had a glass of fizz at the start, and ate all of our delicious creations at the end. Highly recommend as a fun activity while you’re in London.
