The hotel staff are friendly, room is spacious enough for 2 pax and our bags, toiletries and towels are provided.
Conveniently located near Great Portland Road (3 min walk) and Warren Street Station (9 min walk). Felt safe to walk back alone as a female at night as well.
Only thing to note is that there is no lift at Great Portland Street station so you'll need to carry the luggage up the stairs.
10/10 would return again

The most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in London. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and drinks and snacks are provided during the day. It is very close to the subway station and Regent's Park, which is very convenient for bird hunting!

There was someone talking in the next room at 5am, and it didn't stop for half an hour, so I walked directly to the front desk to complain. The front desk was in front of me and called the next room to ask them to lower the sound.
