The Camden Town Hotel was the perfect stay for our family. Staff are so welcoming and helpful from the lovely cleaner lady helping us to our room, the receptionist helping with directions to our concert and the great service we had a breakfast. The hotel is clean, modern , decorated beautifully with a great vibe. Fab staff. Good value and would stay again. Will be recommending the hotel to friends and family The Price family

First night was not great fire alarm was going off at 1am there was no main stairwell only a not complete fire exit stairwell so we got lost trying to find out way out and the door we did find had chairs in front of it which we had to climb over to get out into the reception and out the building. Staff was no where to be seen when we got to the reception or outside and when the guy finally appeared he was very confused on how to work/turn off the fire alarm, the room was decant but definitely not worth the price I paid for 2 nights room could also do with a tv, room was not well ventilated the windows ledge had a pool of water due to condensation I think

If you don't like long, heavily personalized, emoji ridden reviews, and do not wish to know the score please look away now.⚽️😜.... I stayed here one night after the Hilltop Hoods gig, basically because I'm a princess whose cracking on a bit, and didn't want to haul ass the way back to Twickenham afterwards. If anybody is looking at this hotel because they are going to a gig at the Roundhouse look no further it is literally opposite no exaggeration. Totally worth paying the extra 100 quid for a better standard of stay than the nearest competitor (Britanniq Hampstead) & to have the luxury of just crossing the road. I was met with a really friendly bubbly girl on reception who explained everything clearly. The night porter was equally as welcoming and charming after the gig & same with the lovely girl on in the morning. Staff here are definitely five star. Rooms on the smaller side, which may disappoint many, especially Australians and Americans who sense a space differs to a Londoner; but for my purposes, for one night it was fine, and had everything I needed. Tea and coffee. No biscuits but I can't criticize them for that, because they seem to be a historical artifact now in ALL hotels of all classifications. Along with toilet brushes. 🤔🙄😜 Bed was with nice and comfy with marshmallowy pillows. Shower was very very hot it went to scorching temperatures as I like it to. Noise levels - NONE. I cannot understand the complaints about noise. Usually I sleep with ear plugs but I did not need to. There was not a Peep from outside. But then again I was staying on a Wednesday night. Windows are double glazed though. If you choose to be staying in the centre of London and Camden Town you shouldn't really be complaining about noise. Choose a quieter area of London. People do need to manage their expectations with noise when booking hotels and they never do I find. Restaurant bodeans offered a lovely dinner and breakfast. I had the veggie chili which was just enough to fill me up but wasn't heavy on the belly before the gig, as often Mexican food is. Pancakes eggs and hash browns breakfast on an American diner was perfect for me as an Americanophile - they even had my favourite bottomless filter coffee! An excellent to-go price as well for 99p. In addition there was a happy hour on with really yummy margaritas which we enjoyed pre-gig. I needed a coffee to wake up l, and even though they didn't have the coffee on she made me a cold brew somehow, which was appreciated. There is a pub opposite, with which they are affiliated, which is open later for you to have a nightcap post gig. The girls in Bodeans were lovely and welcoming, 5 star service. I arrived a bit emotional; I was attending the gig in memory of/'for' my late friend who introduced me to the band. On my own admission I was a bit grumpy and out of sorts; but the girls were still very welcoming, ignoring my grumpiness & shortness, welcoming me with kindness.😍 I rated the hotel 4, not 5,

The receptionist was friendly and helpful The room itself was very small but as I was travelling solo it didn’t matter too much, room and bathroom were both spotless though. Location was good, not far from Camden market and 15 minute walk to the o2 forum. I felt safe there as a woman on her own. A full length mirror on the back of one of the doors would be a great addition for outfit checking purposes!

Comfy, but fleeced for a slightly early check in! Great location, comfy bed, nice shower and bathroom. The only thing that left a sour taste was the fact that we were charged £25 to check in 40 minutes early! We were tired, needed to get ready to go to an event and the room was ready (3pm is already a late check in, I thought). So, we asked if it would be ok to check in a little early, as the room was ready. Yes, for an additional £25 was the answer. It’s a shame, as everything else made it a comfortable and convenient spot to stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee and milk in the room. 2 bottles of water. Very short walk from the Roundhouse where we were at a gig. Only problem was the hotel was literally right opposite a pub which didn't seem to close. People were out there all night talking and shouting more or less right outside the window. Then when they finally shut up and went there was someone making a loud banging noise for about 3 hours.

Average Great location for Camden, room is modern but could do with a good dust around the room and if your on the first floor music is loud from the pub below

Rooms above the one pub were fairly small and the lift is a bit slow. But the hotel staff was very warm and helpful. The hotel is right next to the tube and very close to both Primrose Hill and Camden Market.
