I booked a room, arrived at the hotel I stayed 15 minutes at the reception waiting for someone, staff came, I checked in, I arrived at the room floor ( -1) completely different from what I had marked, dirty walls, pen marks, spoiled, a lot of dust (I'm allergic) 5 minutes inside the room I started to feel short of breath, I went to the reception again, I talked to the staff sent me to another room, this time! The right room, but it informed me that the room had two single beds but they would join them and make a king bed, okay! I understand this because I'm HSK manager, I arrived at the room on the 4th floor, two single beds, there was nothing putting together, or no topper to make the king bed, I called the reception again 3 times, the 4th time he answered me and said he would give me the things and I would do it for myself .... In short, he went to the room, threw an old sheet on the floor and I slept on the floor with my girlfriend ...... I'm waiting for a return from the Manager because I want a refund, for the lack of professionalism, ethics, and for the problems I had .....
This happened yesterday 20/02 to 21/02 room 408 I did my check in around 8:30 PM
