Avoid this hotel, despite its convenient location and superficial cleanlliness. The staff and manager are not interested in their guests' experience. There was no running water at the hotel when we arrived, due to a burst water main. A responsible hotelier would have let guests know in advance (the situation had started a day before we arrived), and provided a refund or aternative accommodation. We were not informed of the lack of water until after we had checked in and then only because we asked about the closed tube station nearby. We were assured several times that staff had been in contact with contractors working on the water supply and it would be running again in 2 hours. It wasn't, so we were unable to flush the toilet or shower in the morning. Staff made no attempt to provide anything more than an additional 500ml bottle of drinking water, or to offer any compensation. The burst water main was obviously outside the control of the hotel - their management of the consequences for their guests was not.

good location, just next to Shepherd Bush underground. short distance to big shopping mall, Whitfield. no elevator, old building. surrounded with old streets, have beggers near the entrance of the hotel at night.
