Hotel was very cozy. I stayed in the studio room and the layout was so comfortable. The bathtub and shower area is very deep and spacious. Everything has a luxury design feel to it, which is worth every penny I spent. Bath products were also absolutely amazing, staff were quick to refill anything missing.
The services were good. Room service made a few errors and the TV didn’t function properly, but I was quickly reassured by their manager for a fix and reasonable compensation. The attitude is very welcoming. Overall a very comfortable stay and an excellent experience.

Great location and nice common areas / restaurant, staff were nice. Room was worn and dusty, tv was wonky and taps not working properly - generally below expected standard. Biggest issue was very noisy - rattling aircon fan and a wedding on the 1st floor with throbbing bass could hear in our room on the 4th.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing, we turned up slightly earlier than planned and we only had to wait 15 minutes and the room was ready, also as it was my birthday they put balloons and a birthday card in the room also it was lovey The room is spacious and very modern, and a great shower The breakfast the next morning was lovely and the choices were good on the menu Overall an amazing experience

We arrived early and was met by the friendliest of staff we had travelled down to London from the North and was told that we could leave our luggage with them whilst we enjoyed London, we was even given a map to assist us on our journey. I got a text message a little while later to say that our room was ready and our luggage had been sent up in advance. A wonderful surprise was waiting for us when we got to our room. A bottle of bubbly and a birthday card. This hotel certainly makes you feel special and they can't assist you enough. Beautiful room, fantastic bar and terrace finished off with a satisfying breakfast. They even let us leave our bags after checkout so we wasn't carrying them around all day before travelling home. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again x

We were welcomed by Haytam who was extremely friendly and as part of our booking we were entitled to a room upgrade. The room we were upgraded to was wonderful. After checking in we took our free drinks vouchers (another perk of our booking) to the roof bar / restaurant. The lady up there was to be honest a bit snooty, but we weren't put off and a lovely server came and took our order. Breakfast was lovely! A great experience and I would definitely go back there.

This was my first visit to this hotel, and it did not fail to please. The room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff and service were genuine and professional. The food and beverages on the terrace were of great value and quality. A special thanks to George and Dean for a memorable stay. Look forward to my next visit.

Very clean modern hotel, bedroom and bathroom spacious and super nice, staff were all efficient and friendly. 3 minutes walk in either direction to 2 metro stations.
