Great location and fantastic staff. Decor is a little bit worn but not an issue for us. Bed was comfortable, our room was on floor 1 near the road but we barely noticed it.

Avoid this hotel. Needs an urgent refurbishment and is clearly being run for cash. The outside looks like a 1970s Soviet youth hostel. Inside is dark and claustrophobic, with narrow winding corridors. We did not risk the food. Staff doing their best but senior management need to get some capex dollars here fast.

Great value for money. Very centrally located in Putney, close to the train and tube stations. No frills, but clean, big rooms, comfortable beds, and unbeatable prices for London.

Mario Rachel and Deepak were so lovely to me they are amazing staff i loved the stay and the staff were super friendly make sure you keep them because they are friendly

Both the exterior and interior of the hotel are in need of a clean up and upgrade. It was far from the usual high standard we have become to expect from Premier Inn.
