在市中心，吃喝玩樂很方便！酒店服務好環境感覺時尚大方，值得推薦！

第一次住金融城片區，還不錯～每天下午四五點開始酒吧外面就站滿了上班族，一杯啤酒一張小桌，可以聊一兩個小時。八點後就漸漸安靜。是辦公區的倫敦沒錯了～離塔橋很近，附近步行可到幾家中餐館。酒店的早餐一般般，嘗試了一次後，我們果斷選擇tasco的水果牛奶麪包泡麪。或者走到塔橋邊，找一間泰晤士河畔的咖啡廳吃個brunch也不錯。房間寬敞，設施很新，住宿體驗比老酒店好太多。配品也很棒，加入我的倫敦酒店list了。

It was my first time to book Pacific, and it was beyond my imagination, worth the money, and very good in every aspect. I would recommend it to my friends. Moreover, Ctrip is a particularly good platform, guaranteed and trustworthy!

前台服務挺親和的

The hotel upgraded a large room, but it may be for disabled people only, which is not very convenient. The washbasin and round table are lower than normal. There are not many supermarkets around, and the location is not very convenient

When I checked in again, the room type issued by the front desk was different from the reservation. They didn’t communicate with the guests and just forced it. When I arrived at the room and found that the issued room type was different, the concierge helped to communicate well and finally returned to the front desk to wait for a reply. The front desk informed me that the room type of Ctrip was different from the hotel. The room type booked was only a large bed and there was no double bed. In the end, the hotel gave a solution and I was satisfied. But my concerns are 1) Why didn’t you tell me when I checked in initially; 2) Why do I need to enter a PIN code for pre-authorization; 3) Why did the foreign lady at the front desk struggle with whether it was a three-person check-in or a two-person check-in; So, it’s not that we think too much, but you are really unprofessional.
