I was incredibly satisfied with my stay. The location is fantastic, the hotel is new, and the room size is perfect—very spacious for a London hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite from 9 a.m. onwards, especially David! The breakfast and room service were both excellent. The spa was also incredibly relaxing, with tea before and after, a very ceremonial experience. The gym is also spacious, with all the necessary equipment and great lighting. The housekeeping was incredibly thoughtful, always providing ice at night. They also thoughtfully arranged the flowers I received at my wedding in a vase. Overall, this was the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in.

Everything is good. The location is great, convenient for shopping and dining. There are many snacks and coffee options around. The service is also very good. Several Italian uncles are warm and personable. I recommend the afternoon tea. The room is also very comfortable. It is relatively cost-effective among five-star hotels in London. We booked it on the spur of the moment. If we booked in advance, the price would be much lower.

My friend and I stayed at Pan Pacific London and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great view, delicious breakfast, and there is even a swimming pool.
