We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay in London—a Devonshire Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s cleanliness, amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby, as well as a Tesco express and Liverpool Street Station just a short walk away.
However, there was a small hiccup during our stay. We had extended our check-out to 2 PM due to late flight, but it seems this wasn’t communicated to housekeeping or room service, as they followed up twice to ask if we were checking out.
We also had dinner at Straits Kitchen for one of our dinner, service was a little slow.
Other than that, we were very pleased with our rooms.

To be honest, this hotel as a whole has not been Chinese-styled. Most of it retains the original British style. Most of the people staying there are foreigners. Good reviews~~~~~~

I stayed here for four or five days in a row and was very satisfied with the hotel overall. It exceeded my expectations. The service was very considerate and the bath towels were heated. The hotel is located in the financial district, with convenient transportation and a variety of small shops and delicious food.
