The hotel facilities are very good. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many stations around, as well as many shops and restaurants, including a Chinese restaurant. The overall feeling is very good. Great value for money.

The location is great. It is very close to the train station and subway station. It is very convenient to catch the earliest train. The room is indeed relatively small, a bit like a student dormitory, but it is enough for a good sleep. After all, every inch of land is precious.

This was the worst hotel room I've ever seen. When we went up to the room and it was 42 degrees Celsius! There was no air conditioning or ventilation. We literally would have died overnight from heat stroke if we had stayed there. The room was uninhabitable.
The attendant offered us a tiny fan with a moronic flat expression on her face that showed she was completely detached from the reality that the room was uninhabitable.
The room was tiny. The beds were tiny. The decor was minimalist. It was really the worst room I've ever seen. It looks like something out of an Indian slum.
The receptionist made me pay for the room before showing me the room. He then wouldn't give me a refund. I had to go down the street to another hotel and forfeit my payment at the Carlton Hotel.
If you want to hate London, stay at this hotel. This hotel made me hate London.
