Compact room but perfect for the stay. The blackout is the best I have experienced. Very good mattress linens and pillow. Had a great sleep

Chic design, friendly staff who will follow up on previous enquiry/small talk. Overall a pleasant experience. Would have been better with a tub, but didn’t really change the experience in my view

Location is great. Very close to Convent gardan. Coffee shop and supermarket just nearby. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are good quality.

Excellent location and love the hotel ambiences. Small disappointment about the service, there are no sanitary (toothbrush) kit and slipper in the room and hotel does not supply at all even asking for it. And room space on the small side but nice layout so make it easy to use.

Booked a 2-week long stay at Middle Eight for both business and leisure and was able to experience 2 types of room tiers during my stay. Specifically for the Urban room which was a larger sized room, the room was large (by London standards) and the bed was extremely comfortable. Toilets are small but had all of the great amenities including an excellent rain shower with good water pressure!
The hotel property is very new, very beautifully designed and the location of the hotel is perhaps one of it's best traits - you're within a 5 minute brisk walk from 2 underground stations (Holborn & Covent Garden) - there are lots of great dining options in the near vicinity of the hotel however this also means that on weekend nights noise from surrounding pubs can be heard by hotel guests.
Aside from this though, my stay was excellent, and I will definitely be rebooking with Middle Eight during my next visit to London!

I specifically sent xhs a recommendation. As long as the price is right, it is the first choice for every business trip to London. Holborn is in a great location. There is a Chinese front desk. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Covent Garden and the British Museum, and close to the subway station. Transportation is convenient. The room is relatively large in London, and slippers are provided. The only problem is that the water pressure of the shower head is a little low.
