My friend and I had a great stay. Rumain and Victoria were very helpful and knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding activities. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and options were plentiful. I’m looking forward to visiting again in future.

Comfy bed, stylish lift, delicious breakfast! Right in the heart of London so easy to get to and from. Will definitely go again. Not too pricey either. But you want me to write 200 characters?!?! Errr, the bathroom was nice and I had a Picasso in my room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They give you a free biscuit on arrival which was nice also.

We enjoyed a lovely few days away. We were made to feel very welcome and everyone was so friendly and pleasant. From the turndown service in the evening with a sweet treat left for us to the wonderful breakfast service we were treated so well. The rooms were beautiful and all the little extras made it a wonderful stay.

Thank you for welcoming us back on Saturday for afternoon tea. I am glad we gave the Milestone another go as it was truly amazing. The welcome we had from Christian (bartender) was warm and welcoming. He made wonderful cocktails. Our waitress, Vera, was very attentive during the afternoon tea service and we can't thank her enough. We will certainly recommend the hotel to friends and family and will be back again in the future. Thank you again.

I will start by saying that it was one of the best experience ever!! The staff is incredible and so professional especially someone named George as well as the director !!! The hotel is just perfect from the room to the location and the food. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there!!!!

A very special hotel with excellent staff that makes you feel at home away. Friendly and cosy atmosphere. Perfect location overviewing Kensington Park. Lovely breakfast and we highly recommend the afternoon tea and don't forget to visit the Stables Bar.

Where do I begin….the Milestone Hotel and Residences was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed! It started the moment I walked through the front door with my 3 Adult daughters. We were scheduled to stay in the Kensington Gardens Residence but we were immediately upgraded to the Kensington Palace Residence which was nothing short of amazing! Stephen Dart and Tim, our doorman were the first faces that we saw and they made sure our stay was nothing short of perfection each day! Stephen helped us with tips and ideas for our daily outings and Tim was always there to flag down taxis with his whistle and there to greet us upon our return! Every member of their team was exceptional but these 2 became our family while in London! Thank you to The Milestone for a job well done! We will be back!

First time to ever be in London and this place is the quintessential English gem. Warm, inviting, friendly. Every need or want was anticipated and then met. Never left wanting or needing. They know what they are doing. The best experience I have ever had at a hotel. This was everything you would want in London location, views, staff, decor, and comfort. Some of The best staff around who know what they are doing. Stayed in one night and in room dining was 5 star hot fresh and fast. Restaurant was elegant and delicious. The Bar was warm, cozy with amazing menu and service. Expert concierge and Steve the doorman makes you feel like you are the only guest, same can be said for the whole staff.

Excellent 2 day city break at The Milestone Hotel and Residences, from the moment we arrived to the time we left the whole experience was flawless. The staff were all welcoming, attentive and polite which made us feel really special. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. We had breakfast on both days, which was amazing with a fantastic variety of choices. Looking forward to returning again soon.
