We recently had our wedding reception at The Milestone Hotel, and we truly cannot put into words how incredible the experience was. From start to finish, everything was simply perfect, making it the best day of our lives. A special thank to Emma and Angelos who were absolute stars. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warm demeanor made the entire experience very pleasant and stress-free. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our reception was flawless, and we are so grateful for their hard work and dedication. The venue itself is breathtaking—elegant, intimate, and full of character. Our guests were in awe of the stunning décor, impeccable service, and exquisite food. Every element came together beautifully, creating a magical atmosphere that we will cherish forever.

The Milestone Hotel in London is a favorite of mine...I have visited many times and it is a quintessential British experience! From the finely appointed rooms which are always cozy and have everything you need for your stay, the kind and attentive staff -most of whom are there each time I return, not to mention the intimate setting giving you a sense that the staff knows who's who....I've stayed many times and can't express enough how much I enjoy this lovely hotel in Kensington (I have visited larger hotels but I keep coming back to the Milestone)~ my husband and 20 something kids visited with me in July and they all enjoyed the experience ~there is a cozy bar (recently renovated) which always seems to attract a lively crowd- ..I love that I can walk out the front door and cross the street to Kensington Park for a walk and can't get over that Princess Diana once lived right there! If I need a little something, Whole Foods is 5 minutes away and I find many British and European treats there to bring home with me- such a great place to stay whilst;) in London~ I can't recommend this special hotel enough!

Superb couple of days. Location excellent but all staff exceptional , especially Arelia, Thomas and Dorina. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. Perhaps this is their job but nothing was too much trouble. They certainly made our stay more enjoyable and we hope to return again soon. Thoroughly recommend the Milestone.

Zu Gast im alten England mit eleganter Umgebung und Tradition vom Feinsten. Unaufdringliche Höflichkeit und Service. Das gesamte Personal ist so freundlich und man fühlt sich schon nach einem Tag wie zuhause. Wunderbare Matratzen in den Zimmern, schalldichte Fenster und Blick auf den Kensington Park und Palace. Kleiner Pool mit Gegenschwimmanlage, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Schönes kleines Restaurant und Bibliothek mit Tischen und Sitzgelegenheiten für Frühstück und Teatime. Natürlich immer mit Kaminfeuer!

From the reception desk, doorman to Victoria and the rest of the staff in the bar this hotel is all about great service and attention to detail. Stayed twice at the hotel and both experiences were extremely positive. Clean rooms, great service, amazing breakfast. Highly recommend if you need to be in central London for a visit.

My friend and I had a great stay. Rumain and Victoria were very helpful and knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding activities. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and options were plentiful. I’m looking forward to visiting again in future.

Comfy bed, stylish lift, delicious breakfast! Right in the heart of London so easy to get to and from. Will definitely go again. Not too pricey either. But you want me to write 200 characters?!?! Errr, the bathroom was nice and I had a Picasso in my room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They give you a free biscuit on arrival which was nice also.

We enjoyed a lovely few days away. We were made to feel very welcome and everyone was so friendly and pleasant. From the turndown service in the evening with a sweet treat left for us to the wonderful breakfast service we were treated so well. The rooms were beautiful and all the little extras made it a wonderful stay.
