Very clean and comfortable hotel, only a few steps away from Buckingham Palace, very convenient to watch the changing of the guards. When we checked in, there was a thoughtful card and red wine to welcome us. We stayed for eight days on this trip, and the room was very clean when we came back every day. Thanks to the very professional housekeeping. This will be my first choice next time I visit the UK 😊.

This hotel have a very great location … just around the corner from Buckingham palace …
But it’s also near to the victoria station.
All the staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again if I go to London thx uuu the resident

room space is fair but overall very neat and tidy
however not all sockets in the room works and the showering gel was not refilled
