Worst customer's service ever. I booked this hotel on April 2020 with my girlfriend. Due to Covid outbreak no one was allowed to travel and enter the UK from Belgium. We got no help from the hotel at all. Emailed and called multiple times, to no little avail. Only some empty promises over the phone by the male desk employee, and multiple emails that have been ignored. I did not even ask for a refund, just a voucher. I feel like they just took my well-earned money and ran... We are all together in this pandemic, so thank you for nothing.
