This youth hostel is quite good. It is located near a bus station, a train station, and a subway station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient for travel. This youth hostel is very busy on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

I was given my room key and bed number and entered the women's room. The toilet and shower are shared. It wasn't clean. Are the stairs on the way up also carpeted? It wasn't clean. When I returned from sightseeing, I found someone else sleeping in my bed. When I asked what happened, they said they'd asked for the room number but not the bed number, so they just used an available bed. In the end, I kept the room the same and had the bed changed at the reception of the pub downstairs. The sheets hadn't been changed, so they did that for me. The next day, I returned from sightseeing and tried to enter my room, but this time my card key wouldn't work. I went back to the reception downstairs and had my card key re-registered. I'd paid in advance for a three-day, two-night stay and checked in person, so how could this have happened? Could it have been human error? The hotel is close to the station (though you have to go through a temporary passageway due to construction work, which may be scary for a woman traveling alone), and the bus stop is nearby. It's within walking distance of the British Museum. It took just under 20 minutes, but it was a nice stroll. The toilets and showers are shared by both men and women, which may be a problem for some women. However, it is very cheap, so it is good for men who value affordability.

The girls' dormitory is very safe inside, and there are several doors separating it from the outside. Although there is a bar downstairs, I didn't find it noisy. You should be able to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk, because a girl in our dormitory borrowed a hair dryer to use. So it's a bit redundant for me to bring a hair dryer, after all, such a big one really takes up a lot of space. As for charging, it seems that the plug is indeed a bit tight. I personally didn't know too much about it, because I also brought two power banks for this matter. I thought I would just get through the night. Overall, the price and the location are very good. People like me would rather live in a more convenient place in the city center at a lower price, so that I can go out at night. That night I also took the night bus, which is a double-decker bus, and the scenery is pretty beautiful when I go out. In addition, I would like to say that in a place like London, you must live near the train station in summer, because many other places are closed. Although it is bright, you can't go shopping. If you want to buy things conveniently, you still have to live near the train station.
