A warm vibe from the establishment. Greatly situated minutes walk from Battersea Park. Clean, well equipped and a 24 hour bar too. Excellent value for money.

On the first day of arriving in the UK, I had to wait a long time at customs. I called the front desk to ask if they could hold my bed until the early hours of the next day, and they kindly agreed. The hotel has a luggage storage room in the basement, and there’s also a luggage rack in the room, which is secure and safe.
The hotel has an excellent location and great value for money! It’s conveniently located near major attractions and transportation hubs. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are very comfortable. Definitely worth the price, highly recommend!

The worst hostel I've ever stayed in. They told me to leave during my stay because they were remodeling. They were rude, had old bedding, and had a hot room.

The toilet and shower are outside the bedroom and are shared by both men and women. They are fixed to the wall and the shower can only be taken from above.
The toilet sometimes gets clogged, but the cleaning staff comes every morning, so it is quickly resolved.
I was worried because there were reviews about bedbugs, but there were no problems. I was on the second bunk bed. There is no reading light, but there are two British-style outlets and two USB types.
The bed is not high, so larger people may feel cramped. The first and second bunk beds are so high that even a woman who is just under 160 cm tall would hit her head as soon as she woke up. The top bed may be a little higher.
If you are in the habit of reading before going to bed, it is better to think of it as a room just for sleeping.
I was relieved to see that there were many very kind staff members.
Even if I can't understand the words very well, I can communicate in a way that I can understand.

Fair price for a single night in London with a good location . The ladder to the bed is a torture for feet. Socket seemed broken, and something with super high frequency was screaming all night, earplugs are necessary.
