The hotel is nice, simple, and clean. The air conditioning might not be very cold. The location is quiet. Security is high. If you are late returning, you cannot enter without a hotel card or by entering the guest information correctly. I chose a single room. I think its size is suitable for one person. The receptionists are nice. Thank you.

È un albergo appena fuori dal centro ma comodissimo da raggiungere....ci è piaciuto subito...personale molto cordiale e educati... è nelle piccole cose che si vede l'albergo...ci hanno coccolati da subito...la camera era pronta prima del previsto...biscotti...caramelle e alla mattina un fiore fresco a colazione...grazie se dovessi tornare non vorrei altro albergo😍👏

You know what? I just can't give this hotel a bad rating. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it as far as I could see. That haven't been said I wouldn't put it in the excellent category in any particular area. It just ticked lots of boxes to be truthful. I didn't stay for breakfast because I had to get away pretty quickly so I don't know what the food was like, but in terms of the rooms they were basic and probably what I expected. I thought the soundproofing in the room was good. There was quite a lot of noise on the streets around, but I managed to get to sleep which is my main concern.

O quarto é pequeno, o banheiro é satistório. Não tem frigobar, o que pra mim faz muita falta, sempre levo frutas e iogurtes pros hotéis pra comer à noite. O hotel não tem um saguão pra gente sentar ou tomar um vinho, o espaço da recepção é bem pequeno, se tiver alguém sendo atendido na sua frente, você vai ficar em pé. O forte desse hotel é a localização. É longe do centro, mas muito perto de restaurantes, mercadinhos, pontos de ônibus e uma estação de metrô. Fica há uns 30 minutos de ônibus do Big Ben, mas o bairro é bem charmoso. O café da manhã é bem básico e repetitivo.

Staff member was nice, room was clean but very basic, hotel was comfortable and quiet. Annoyances - check-in service didn't work properly - made me go all the way through a lengthy entering of private data - standing out in the middle of the street on a huge screen - and then would not produce a door key. Not sure this is fully GDPR compliant? When I did get a key - only used it once and it stopped working. MK need to get their systems sorted out if they want to automate so much. Breakfast "buffet" was poor - the only hot options were beans, tiny hash-browns and sausages - pretty rubbish for the amount they charge. No parking at the hotel. The decor of the place is sterile and soul destroying. Really, the only thing this hotel had going for it - was the fact that the one member of staff I saw and interacted with was quite nice, cheerful and helpful (but I fear the poor man was swimming against the tide) and the fact that it happened to be near where I needed to be.

Bon emplacement proche de Putney bridge et des bords de la Tamise Literie confortable Propreté Mais Très bruyant du côté rue (pas de double vitrage) Ambiance vraiment minimaliste Petit dej ok et varié mais sans qualité Nous avons tâchė les draps, le ménage ne les a pas changés.
