My 8 stay at Cheval Phoenix. Always great experience there in terms of stocking the place with food to last you a few days and location is great. Rooms are nice and large compared to any hotel room and nice to have a fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. Too bad the place will be closed starting feb 2023 for refurbishment.

We had a great time as always! The renovation has a beautiful designed and is well curated. The apartment was spotless clean. Best location in London lots of restaurants, pubs, shops and plenty of things to do. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. Hope to stay there again very soon! Thank you Grace you were super nice to us!

Excellent room, excellent service, kindly assistants. Very clean, very confortable bed All was perfect. My housband and I are in a studio and my daugher family were in a small apartament very confortable too. Located in central Chelsea, in Sloane Street, easily conected.

One of the nicest and cleanest hotels in London, and the prices are good compared to other hotels in London. I was happy to meet Mrs. Grace, she was the epitome of politeness, kindness in dealing, and excellent service. I will visit the hotel again
