The hotel is in a good location, Chelsea is safe and upscale, the room facilities are complete, the only thing is that the mattress is a bit collapsed, the sewer water is a bit slow, overall it is worth recommending

My 8 stay at Cheval Phoenix. Always great experience there in terms of stocking the place with food to last you a few days and location is great. Rooms are nice and large compared to any hotel room and nice to have a fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. Too bad the place will be closed starting feb 2023 for refurbishment.

The location was wonderful and the apartment style set up was the perfect layout for our small family. The added amenities like a few food items and coffee in the room made our mornings easy and calm, which is always a bonus when traveling with a 2 year old.

Came for a girls trip to look at the Chelsea flower show and go to a concert- excellent public transport links around and a beautiful area to stay in! We had such a lovely stay- facilities were clean, we were provided with complimentary snacks and beverages, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely. Staff were exceptionally friendly- especially Mia who greeted us on our arrival and showed us to our apartment. I am looking forward to rebooking in the near future and coming again- thank you so much!

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location ! Very well catered had everything we needed , a home from home !! The room was spotless, pillows sumptuous and the staff were very welcoming! The hotel is discreet and distinguished with a homely feel !!I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a short break or a long stay in a great part of London !

We (family of 4 including an infant) stayed on 2 occasions during March 2025. First in the 2 bedroom apartment and second (a shorter stay) in a 1 bedroom deluxe with sofa bed. The apartments are well located, quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped. The staff were amazing-from booking direct via the website-to onsite support, help with our luggage, provision of extra pillows and a friendly, welcoming presence in reception. We would certainly stay here again.
