The Crescent Hyde Park

Hyde Park Cresent Hotel Lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was stunning, the stairway and rooms are really nice. The complimentary things in the room was a lovely extra. The only thing I would say is the windows seem to be single glazed and there doesn’t seem to be any sound proofing so you can hear other rooms / lots of noises outside, I would recommend the hotel and would stay here again despite that.

Great location, simple but comfortable room. Excellent location next to Hyde Park and within close walking distance from several tube stations, Kensington Palace, Notting Hill, and other destinations. Safe for walking at night for two women alone. Accommodation was basic but comfortable. No lift, but we didn't mind as we only had small bags. Our room strangely did not have toilet paper in it, which we didn't realize until after hours. There is no attendant at the front desk in the evenings, so someone has to come from the Westbourne across the street to assist- definitely check to make sure you have everything you need when you first get in. We paid 84GBP for 1 night, which was a good deal for our quick London trip, would stay again in a similar situation.
