Very comfy. Love the terrace with amazing view. Tho the Collins room is somewhat mediocre, the hotel itself is nice enough.

Stayed here with my son for his Birthday. Had absolute great time. The facilities absolute lux 🥰 had a Juliet balcony overviewing St Paul’s church memorial. The swimming suit is absolute great 😍 the food absolute yummy. I will return here soon 👌

Disappointed!
The swimming pool was closed on the roof, which is one of the reasons going there. So I was disappointed.

Turned into a farce
The staff are fantastic, particularly the doormen. But repeated billing errors from restaurants and the cafe are concerning (Over $1,200) and on four occasions which had to be addressed. The big one which let them down, they checked us out in error while we weren't in the room (downstairs having morning tea) and removed all our luggage from room. Very red faced about it, but at this level an unacceptable blunder. While an apology was forthcoming, an offer of a gift of a cake was their idea of making amends. Disappointing.

The beauty is in the details here - from the perfectly pressured shower to the intuitive room layout. Everything feels thoughtfully planned yet organic. The restaurant staff remembers your coffee preference from day one, and the way the evening light fills the common areas creates this magical atmosphere that makes you want to linger

Hotel is very luxurious, rooms are spacious. I was welcomed by Emy who took care of my check in and I was granted with an early check in as I was promised. Concerige are amazing too, I'd like to thank Diana. I tried the in room dining and the service was swift so big thanks to Demetris & Michael. The spa was amazing too and the gym was opened 24 hrs. I'll definitely come back.
