Beautiful hotel with a nice garden, good for taking a walk after breakfast. Bathroom is clean and tidy and they have automatic heating towel rail which is really useful. However, the window is a little leaking especially when your bed is just below it and your head is towards to the window.

Loved this hotel and everything about it. A short walking distance to the nearest underground station made it easy to get to where we needed to go and there is a great pub just up the road too. Clean and well decorated the rooms were lovely. Staff were great too.

It's hard for me to judge this as a proper hotel because when I first checked in they gave me a small, smelly room that was completely different to the one I had booked and only agreed to change my room after I spoke to them and gave them feedback, which I photographed comparing the two rooms. I find it hard to imagine if any other shy young Asian girl had been treated like this, whether they would have put up with it and lost their right to apply, and contacted the hotel the night I lost the item without giving me any feedback until I contacted them a third time through a third party, by which time three or four days had passed and the answer was obviously that they said they hadn't found it. I am very angry and it is hard not to associate some bad discrimination with this hotel's arrangements. South Kensington vibe hotel. Nicely decorated and cozy. Good air conditioner and ground heater in bathroom. A little bit small but works for one person short stay. Good breakfast. There is no coffee machine in room.

Absolutely beautiful room. It was large, clean, and lots of wonderful features. Easy walking distance to Hammersmith tube.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit old. The transportation is not that convenient. It takes a while to walk to the subway station, and it takes some time to take a bus to the city center. It is inconvenient to climb stairs with a big suitcase. The breakfast is not bad. The sloping ceilings on the upper floors will hit your head.

Very good hotel, the appearance is like a small castle, there is a small garden at the back, located in the west of London, there are no attractions here, the atmosphere of life is strong, relatively quiet. The breakfast feels a little less, there is no coffee.

I stayed for eight days in total. The front desk was a bit cold at first, but after a few days of getting along, we got familiar with each other. When I left, they were already joking with me. You can't check in early. The breakfast is simple, and hot food is charged separately. Because I had several orders, I stayed in three rooms. I had a nightmare in one of the rooms at night, and I checked it in the morning and found that it was the last room. But I stayed there the next night, and it was okay. The hotel is an eight-minute walk from the subway. It feels like it's only a few steps away during the day; it's a bit scary at night because there are not many people on the road. Overall, I still like it. The hotel is small and exquisite, and the bathroom facilities are also new.

An old house with a wooden structure, well-decorated inside, clean and hygienic, and good services. Bus stops such as No. 9, 27, and 306 at the door are convenient for travel. You can drink English afternoon tea on the first floor. You can take pictures everywhere in the hotel. There are often people in the yard. The little squirrel 🐿️ appears very cute, I recommend it to friends who need it!

I really like this hotel. It's very cost-effective and the transportation is convenient. There is a sushi restaurant nearby that is very delicious. I will consider staying here during the winter vacation. I hope it will be cheaper in the off-season.

I can’t say much about the hotel environment, but it’s a bit far from the attractions. The hotel restaurant should be very popular, there are many people in the evening, breakfast is Western food, I like it, but if you like Chinese food, it may be average, but the room is still very small like other places in the UK
