I made an error on the date for my booking. It was clearly an error as I requested a cancellation immediately after booking and noticing the date on the Booking Confirmation!
Sadly, the Hotel refused my cancellation request, despite this being an obvious mistake on my part!!!
What has the World come to when Corporate Greed gets in the way of doing the Decent Thing... ＜sigh＞

Well situated hotel. Basic but very comfortable with fast WiFi in room and strong heating. Slept well. Friendly staff at reception. Close to tube station, train station and restaurants etc. Would gladly stay again.

It was located really close to the station with lots of food options in the area. Just need to note that the rooms are small. Other than that, all's good and it was value for money.

The hotel is in a very good location, with the subway station and train station close by, so you can easily take the Heathrow Express and walk to Hyde Park. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room is slightly small and the facilities are simple.
