Very elegant hotel, the room configuration is very good, there is a restaurant designed by a famous Japanese American furniture designer, but the room is small, but the location is very good

Second stay at the Connaught, and everything was as remembered. Pretty perfect. As soon as you enter , you feel you have arrived somewhere special. Just the smell of the Connaught is decadent. Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is to much. Breakfast at the Connaught is just wonderful. Again staff are so friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, Fresh and plentiful. Our room was modern, clean and well equipped, well stocked mini bar. Its the staff that make the Connaught. Everyone from the door men, to waiting staff and front of house. Everyone has a smile and a hello willing to help. Stunning hotel and bars and restaurants. In a great location, 10 min walk from oxford street. Cant wait to be back. Thank you Audrey Ingis

Booked through Amex FHR, we were given a midday check in, a room upgrade, £85 bar credit, a very good complimentary breakfast in the Jean George restaurant, a bottle of their special negrini in the room, a little birthday cake and a 4pm checkout. The location in Mayfair is perfect, the staff a efficient and friendly, the scented flowers in the lobby very beautiful. We ate lunch in their 3* restaurant then had a snack and drinks in the gorgeous Connaught bar in the evening. Be aware they add a 5% service to the final room bill which they explain is optional if questioned. A lovely stay.

Great service all aspects ! Old school great ! Glad to see hoteliers in London getting back to traditional British hospitality etiquette! From greeting at the arrival to fare well at departure, the staff and all aspects of the stay was perfect !

Мы с мужем приехали в Лондон в бизнес трип и провели пять замечательных дней в этом отеле. Отель расположен в самом сердце Лондона, месторасположение позволяет дойти до Букенгемского дворца за 20-25 минут, рядом Бонд стрит и Оксфорд стрит. Когда мы приехали в отель, нас ждал очень тёплый приём, после утомительного перелёта. Комната была заботливо приготовлена нашим батлером Марио ( Mario), шампанское, фрукты, закуски ждали нас, приготовленный ним. Чистота и порядок в отеле просто выше всех похвал, наша комната всегда сияла чистотой, за что спасибо нашей горничной Зите ( Zita). Завтраки в ресторане Jean-George’s просто восхитительные. Еда, интерьер, обслуживание просто на высшем уровне, за что отдельное спасибо менеджеру ресторана г-ну Марко (Mr. Marko). Утром нас всегда встречала улыбкой Лилиан ( Lilian) и провожала к любимому столику, мы чувствовали заботу и теплоту в таком внимании к деталям! Обязательно попробуйте afternoon tea в этом ресторане. Это просто чудесное путешествие в старую добрую Англию, восхитительные закуски и бокал шампанского, сделают ваш день особенным. Персонал на ресепшен тоже тыл очень профессионален и дружелюбен, мы получали ответы на все наши вопросы. Обязательно вернёмся в этот отель ещё раз!

This was our first stay at The Connaught. It was truly a special stay. It started with the wonderful bell staff, the most friendly and gracious check in. Our room exceeded our expectations in all ways. The bathroom had a large soaking tub and the Toto toilet! Bed was extremely comfortable and had everything we could have needed. A very generous amount of closet space! We used Jean-George’s for breakfast which was done with great service! The Connaught Bar exceeded our expectations from not only a drinks perspective but from overall atmosphere and service!! We were never rushed and team was very attentive on making sure we had everything what we needed. Also grabbed a drink and dinner following night in Coburg bar and its laid back atmosphere was exactly what we needed. My wife and I took advantage of the Spa and had really positive treatments. The location in the heart of Mayfair makes it a short walk to lots of shopping and restaurants. Only regret was in wish we were able to stay for longer!
