Apex City of London Hotel Reviews

We had an amazing stay at the Apex City of London Hotel! Traveling as a family, we were truly impressed with the warm and thoughtful service. I had requested a birthday note as a special surprise for my mom, and the team went above and beyond by also providing a delicious birthday cake—it really made her day feel extra special. We booked a room with a sofa bed, which was already set up as a bed when we arrived. It was comfortable, though not quite as cozy as the main bed; a bit of extra cushioning or a mattress topper would be a nice touch for anyone using it as a regular bed. The amenities were excellent and well worth the value, with comfortable rooms and great facilities like the sauna, pool, and gym. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to train and bus stations and an easy stroll to the Tower of London. Plus, they allow guests to store bags both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for our plans. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of what this wonderful hotel has to offer!

Clean hotel, polite service, in a great location for exploring the areas around the bridges. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Recommended.

Great location close to the tower. Nice, clean and sound-proof rooms. Very friendly and supportive personnel. Improvement is the sleeping sofa (we had a family room) which is very soft for an adult, and that they have charged my credit card after online early check-in even though I have already paid via Trip.com

Lovely staff upon arrival, our room was ready early so we were able to go straight in. Room was lovely, modern, spacious and very clean. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor just for a better view but still not a bad view from first floor lovely gardens across the road. Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to tower bridge and transport, we had a very enjoyable stay.

After spending 2 fantastic nights we would definitely stay here again. Our room was very comfortable and we are very happy with the excellent service, maintenance and cleanliness. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. The area in which the hotel was located is more than wonderful, close to Tower Hill station and just a few minutes from Tower Bridge. It was a wonderful weekend :)

The hotel is not far from Tower Bridge. The subway is about five minutes' walk away. The room is nice, but the toilet in the bathroom doesn't flush. Fortunately, after I contacted the front desk, they came up to help me check it.

The hotel is very clean and looks very comfortable. The guy at the front desk is very handsome~ He even gave me a cute little duck! The room is average in size and can accommodate two suitcases. The location is behind the Four Seasons Hotel. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Tower of London. There are also many restaurants nearby.

I am satisfied with the service, cleanliness, location, and meals, but I wish the Wi-Fi speed could be improved.

A very, very, very bad hotel. I have stayed in this hotel with so many family members in London. This is the worst hotel. The service staff are very tough. They will lose things when they stay here. They are a bunch of thieves. Avoid lightning and lightning. Do not book this hotel. , whoever decides will regret it
