Perfect for a short stay The information before and during arrival was perfect. Checkin was very good, the room was clean & great for 1 person. I was surprised that I had my own little kitchen. I will remember it for next time.

Basic but good for a night Quick check-in despite us being late. Perfect for a one night stay but could do with updating the decor and deep cleaning the bathroom. Very loud with other guests using what I assume to be a shared bathroom next to our room.

Outdated and dirty - worse than the photos Rooms look nothing like the photo. The room was old, unclean and generally disgusting. Exposed electric cables in the bathroom under the sink was worrying. Bed sheets and duvet covers had marks and stains. No heating, just an oil radiator that looked decades old. Carpet was covered in stains, skirting boards were yellow and full of dust and dirt. Hotel was generally unclean, unprofessional and unpresentable. We were forced to spend minimum time here. We also had to spend £50 parking elsewhere as the hotel does not offer parking, despite advertising that it does. Overall the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had

Fair for the price Room was clean and had all the amenities as described. Good neighborhood. Price was ok for what it was. I was down in the basement that smelt like mold when I got there. As I was sleeping in the middle of the night the water from the neighbor showering above started leaking down onto my bed. There was already pre existing signs around the light fixture that this wasn’t the first time it had happened and probably accounts for the mold smell. The front desk was quick to come and investigate. They were apologetic and changed out my comforter with a new one but really I didn’t want to be in that moldy room anymore. Stuff happens I guess so I don’t particularly fault them except I’m sure it wasn’t the first time that water had leaked.

Great location and value for money (for London!) London is not a cheap place to stay which is why we 3 friends in our fifties got a shared room with 3 beds. We were happy with our choice: the room had a decent size with a small table, the beds were comfortable, the small kitchenette had good facilities (which we didn't use apart from tea and coffee in the morning). The location is excellent, close to the tube and very central.
