The location is excellent, there are many shopping malls next to it, close to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace. The room is excellent however a maid left her equipment in our rm n got it back an hr later.
Also, we were told by receptionist that everything is ready, our luggage has already been delivered to our room while checking in. However, we have waited at least 25 minutes before our luggages were delivered.

The brand of Bulgari should be well-known. The image of luxury brand is imprinted in our mind. However:
1. When the taxi arrived at the Bulgari Hotel in London, there was no bellboy at the door to pick up the luggage. The taxi driver was also confused. We waited for 2 minutes but no one came.
2. When we arrived at the room, we wanted to boil water. As for how to use the kettle, 3 people didn't know. It was a waste of time and energy. Not very professional!
3. Credit cards cannot be used, so we have to pay the deposit in cash. I have stayed at the Ritz Hotel and the Belmont Hotel in Cadogan in London before, and they can be used normally. It's so embarrassing.
4. As a luxury hotel, there are no small gifts or souvenirs when leaving. We don't want small gifts, but the user experience is not in line with the luxury brand, and the whole process is incomplete.
The overall service level is great except for the restaurant (when I eat breakfast, the restaurant receptionist can call me by my name), and the rest still needs to be improved. No wonder the score is not high. In addition, the green plants in Figure 4 are a bit simple. Luxury hotels must be full of flowers.
