Everything is good other than the bed slides away, they have wheel and feels rolling around. The room is small so is the dated toilet, most doors are dated, so gives a noud loise. The lifts were not very sensitive. Breakfast full of options. They were also doing a renovation of carpets which was a bit annoying, and the large amount of rooms means u could walk a bit of distance reaching your room.

典型的英國人高傲冷漠的態度，絲毫不會為客人的利益考慮。😅 😅
整個入住體驗非常糟糕。首先，前台服務態度極差，辦理入住時，前台一直在打電話，完全忽視了等待的客人。其次，房間設施老舊，空調不製冷，反饋給前台後，維修人員遲遲未到。最後，衞生狀況令人堪憂，浴室地面有明顯污漬，浴巾也有異味。這些都嚴重影響入住體驗，
注意⚠️！酒店不允許中途退房，如果退房不會返還住宿費，這次英國之行因為入住了這個酒店像一場噩夢，好酒店很多，千萬不要選擇這家！Daaaaaa! Everyone, this Hilton Hotel is very disappointing!
Typical British arrogance and indifference, not having the best interests of the guests in mind. 😅 😅
The whole experience was terrible. First of all, the reception service was very bad. When checking in, the reception kept talking on the phone and completely ignored the waiting guests. Secondly, the room facilities are old, the air conditioning is not cooling, and after feedback to the front desk, the maintenance personnel have not arrived. Finally, the hygiene situation is not satisfactory, there are obvious stains on the bathroom floor and the bath towels smell bad. All of this seriously affects the stay experience,
Attention ⚠️! The hotel does not allow half-way check-out, if the check-out will not return the accommodation fee, this trip to the UK because of staying in this hotel like a nightmare, there are many good hotels, do not choose this one!

This hotel has become one of the of our favourites. Located just outside of central London, but convenient enough to walk or jump on a tube to get where you need to be.
The hotel rooms are superb, with coffee and tea facilities, fridge, AC and hair driers etc - what else could you ask for.
The roof top bar is lovely, a real treat at the end of the night.
We would throughly recommend this hotel.
