Like everything here. Spacious. Clean and tidy. Shampoo smells very good.

Came to holiday inn Whitechapel with my mother and sister and it was pleasant. We were too early to check in but the receptionist came to us the minute our room was ready. The lounge area had a mini Starbucks and a buffet area. They also had a couch with a flat screen tv for those who are too early to check in. They took our bags to the back room while we waited. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and had everything we would need for two nights. The only negative I would say would be the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable but if you’re staying for short term it’s really handy for just resting your eyes. The room was spotless and the location is amazing. There’s a Tesco and saintburys nearby if you wanted to bring drinks and snacks back to the room. Will gladly be coming back here. The location is amazing too and only a 10 min walk to the train station and in the centre of many popular attractions that are only a few stops away.

It was good staying in holiday inn white chapel.Check in was smooth good had a pleasant stay.

The bathroom was clogged while shower but overall nice room with good service.

Good location , really clean modern hotel. Excellent facilities. Location isn’t central but good transport links. Will book again , good value.

Hotel is clean, room is big, staff is friendly. However breakfast has limited choices, it looks like in 3 stars hotel and repeated serving the same food during my 4nights stayed. The worst is no air conditioner due to renovation and window is completely closed. Staff provided us fan but is still stuffy and hot. Location was scary. Is located at the homeless area / poverty zone. There were people asking for money for food and *****.

The highlight of this stay, for me, was the coziness of the bed and the breakfast options. The bed was so soft; it was like I was being hugged after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was good and the attendants in the restaurant were very helpful.

Location was very good. Near bus stops, supermarkets, food and restaurants. Room was quite spacious and the most glaring omission is a fridge in the room. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Bathroom is spacious and everything works. Front desk staff were nice and friendly, check in and out was good. Recommended.

Whitechapel station walk to hotel around 10 mins. But the hotel and Whitechpel area a bit old.  Also,  go to the Tottenham Court Road station from Whitechapel only 3 stations very fast.

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and they my trip much better. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
