Except that I can only check in at 3pm, which is not very convenient (although I communicated in advance, I was unlucky and could not check in early because there were no rooms available, but I could store my luggage at the front desk). Due to the late check-in, the TV in my room had problems and could not be repaired, so I had to change rooms the next day. Apart from these two problems, I am very satisfied. Very good, clean, good service attitude, convenient subway and bus transportation. Breakfast is also delicious. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around, which is very convenient. I will book this hotel again when I go to London next time.

Location was very good. Near bus stops, supermarkets, food and restaurants. Room was quite spacious and the most glaring omission is a fridge in the room. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Bathroom is spacious and everything works. Front desk staff were nice and friendly, check in and out was good. Recommended.

The room is very good. Whitechapel subway station can go directly to the airport. The transportation is convenient. Uber to London Bridge is only about 7 pounds. There are McDonald's and fried chicken nearby. It's very cost-effective
