I usually don't write bad reviews, because everyone has a hard time. But the first room we stayed in was not very clean. After checking in and putting away the luggage, I found two or three short hairs on the pillow and several hairs on the quilt cover (Figure 123). After telling the front desk, the front desk said that there were no rooms left, and there was only one single room with two beds, asking if we wanted to change. So we chose to change the pillowcase and quilt cover. The waiter brought two new pillowcases and put them directly on the hair. As for the quilt cover, he said he had brought a new quilt, took it out of the bag and opened it, and saw the so-called new quilt as shown in Figure 4. The waiter said that I would just stay for one night and ask the cleaning staff tomorrow. So I took out my phone to take a photo, and then said that I hope to bring the quilt in the empty room to change it, so that we don't have to pack our luggage to change. Maybe seeing me taking photos, another employee called and said to change us a room. So the so-called "smaller single room" appeared, which was a slightly larger room than the one we stayed in. In addition, when we checked out at about 11 o'clock in the morning when we left the hotel, we hung a do not disturb sign at the door. At around 10 o'clock, when we were packing our luggage, we heard a loud beeping sound outside our door. We didn't pay attention to it, but it rang every 5 minutes. When it rang for the third time, I opened the door and saw the waiter cleaning the next room. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but after I opened the door until we checked out, there was no more beeping sound. The staff at check-out was different from when we checked in, and the service attitude was obviously better. Overall, the hotel is in a good location, but the service and hygiene need to be improved.
