房間太吵，太吵，太吵！177號房間，窗户外有空調主機，對面是正在修繕的樓房，能清楚的聽到軌道交通的轟鳴聲，一早上還會有電鑽聲音，窗户一點也不隔音，就是普通的鐵窗，單層玻璃。不建議住這個酒店，因為實在是無法休息好。

原文: I went on a trip with my boyfriend and was about to send him back to China. I specifically booked a double room, but the front desk arranged a double room with two single beds. I took the voucher given by TripAdvisor to question the front desk, but the front desk insisted that TripAdvisor had made a mistake and that the original room type was full. That night, I contacted TripAdvisor customer service, and they told us to temporarily stay in the room assigned by the hotel. I repeatedly contacted TripAdvisor within a day without any results. The next day, they finally told us that it was the hotel's fault and we still had to stay in this room, but they could provide compensation. We accepted the compensation, after all, it was not TripAdvisor's fault. However, TripAdvisor's processing speed was really slow and the result was unsatisfactory. Shouldn't they have arranged a replacement hotel with the same room type for us on the first night? They only compensated us for less than one night's room. It was speechless that I had to stay in a room type I didn't like when traveling. The hotel did not respond or apologize for this matter. The receptionist that night was really sloppy and unprofessional. By the way, the breakfast was very good and cost-effective, and the waiter's attitude and service awareness were much better than the front desk staff.

The room was small but clean enough. There was a public drinking water dispenser near the main entrance on the first floor. There was no air conditioning, so it was a bit stuffy. I requested a quiet room on the street side, but was given one facing the street, which was a bit noisy with the window open. It's close to the subway station, about 200 meters down the alley to the left of the exit, a convenient walk of just a few minutes. The British Museum is just across a small park from the main entrance, and the back entrance is to the right of the white building facing the park.
