What a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The food was very good and quite a varied choice. The location of the hotel was brilliant, within lovely green and quiet surroundings. Quite a few little outlets and eateries within walking distance. Would be more than happy to stay there again, and would definitely recommend. Also had a lovely swimming pool, sauna and gym as a bonus.

A fantastic and convenient location, close to the station and surrounded by many restaurants. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. We made a good choice by staying here.

The hotel is very close to Paddington Station of which you can take tube, railway & Airport Express. It just takes 8 mins walking distance from Paddington station to the hotel. The internal facilities are maintained in good condition and the staff are helpful & efficient. It's a good experience and I will definitely reserve it again when I travel to London next time.

great location , easy to get around . but the room r too small .

the kettle is broken, and the floor in the bathroom is very slippery when taking the shower. Although the location is great, the amenities need to be upgraded.

The location is convenient. Just a few minutes walking distance from Paddington Station.

The second time I stayed there, although the hotel was not in front of Paddington Station, it was only a 7-8 minute walk away. If you don't return the car on the day of arrival, you can drive it to the hotel entrance to drop off your luggage. The staff is flexible and allows the car to stay for five minutes so that my father, who is driving, can help transport your luggage. But the biggest problem was the communication between Trip.com, the hotel and the intermediary agent. A double sofa bed room was originally booked, but the hotel record showed it was a regular double room. Fortunately, the hotel added a single bed without extra charge, otherwise there would be no room for two adults and two children to sleep.

It's a nice hotel close to the station. The room was spacious and the bed was also big. The bathroom had a bathtub, so it was a pretty good hotel in London. There was a small refrigerator and tea maker, which was helpful. There was a Sainsbury's supermarket quite close by, but this time I used the one next to the station.
