Noisy room.

Thinking it was going to be difficult with no reception and getting codes for doors etc. it turned out to be really handy and the communication with the people via email was very efficient.

Check in was easy everything was email. Where it gets bad is when you think of suite you think open room large enough bathroom space to move perhaps some climate control. Didn't really see a chance to book a different room and that’s probably my fault. Our friends booked the same place and their room was completely different as ours and they chose nothing different. Walk into the room and the door barely opens beyond the bathroom wall. It was so hot and the climate control must have been for props as it didn’t work and the heat was just unbearable. Opened a window but no airflow due to having walls on both sides of the room. I could almost sit in my bed and use the bathroom the bed was a full size (US) double (EU) once in the bathroom 1 person barely fit in shower I’m not a big person but I’m not small either. No place for bathe amenities storage as a small sink was the only place to put things. Back to the room the table that faced the bed once opened allowed 0 foot traffic from one side to the other. The next morning I immediately looked for a new place to stay and unfortunately lost 400$ I would not recommend this stay and wonder how it got 3 stars.

Very happy with our room and stay. Was expecting something bad after reading reviews (after booking). Maybe we got lucky but the room and bed were big enough, it was clean, the bathroom was modern, and came with other things we weren't expecting like a fridge and a fan. Temperature was great, much needed after a 30 degree day! Only couple of negatives were it was difficult to get a good temperature on the shower because hot is HOT. Literally seems to go 0 coldest 100 hottest. No elevator so I imagine a higher floor is a problem, we were on 2nd floor room 202. Also I really liked the Bluetooth key, but it does give mild anxiety in the build up to staying having to download an app, wait for emails for codes and then pretty poor instructions, then wondering what happens if phone does/gets lost etc. There is a buzzer on the door but don't know what hours this is manned as there isn't a reception as such. Overall, was comfortable, clean, quiet and well located for the tube and had everything we needed. The street it is on is pleasant. Highly recommended for going to BST festival or other events at Hyde Park, a few stops on the tube. One of the cheapest stays on a weekend in the Summer around central London. If in doubt by other reviews then see if you can reserve room 202. Would stay again

I would never ever advise anyone to stay here. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. Rude filthy and not worth even half of the money charged. There are so many other lovely places. Go anywhere else. When I emailed about our concerns the author of the reply “Milagris” basically told us that all the issues we had were our own fault and then warned us not to leave a negative review online. Stay clear. We found another lovely spot just a couple of blocks away for the following nights. SKIP THIS DUMP

Reception is a 5/6 min walk away. The TV remote did not work, two of three light build did not work over the mirror in the bathroom, house rules are on the line of concentration camp, in poor condition, dirty and dusty, no bedside light, It was not an apartment as all I got was a Fridge and kettle. The only plus was the location but with some many options in the area I will not be staying there again. It was the pits!
