I had the absolute worst stay at the Central Park Hotel in my life. My friend and I woke up with rashes all over our bodies and to my horror we saw bed bugs crawling on the bed! Disgusting and absolutely horrible. I have never experienced anything like it. To make matters worse, I emailed the hotel and reported the issue and no one responded! Only an apology letter, no action was taken, the staff clearly do not care about the health of the guests or keeping a clean environment, the room was filthy. Do not stay here unless you want to risk your health. This place is unclean, unhygienic and completely unprofessional. Book somewhere else! Otherwise you will end up like me (pictured)

Not good experience with room in basement, just like a prison with stairs up and down. Cannot move with the heavy luggages.
