The room is average. I stayed in a twin room with big windows. The bathroom was super small and the shower curtain couldn't be pulled up. The worst thing was that there was no elevator. I had to walk up to the 3rd floor. It was so tiring to carry the suitcase.

Misleading tourists by the address showing Westminster, but actually, the address was in Paddington. It was far away from Westminster.
Stairs walk to 3rd floor.
Room unable internal lock.
Strains on duvets , blankets, dusty underneath of beds.
No air conditioning and the fan is so loud, couldn't sleep in the night time . Have to turn on the fan as too hot in summer time

Very good location, really close to Paddington Station. Room clean, with basic amenities but enough for one night stay. Very difficult to park a car there but managed to sort it out. Beds are comfy and stay was pleasant.

Would recommend this place for the convenience and very affordable too but I wish the staff at night shift would not be sleeping sometimes because it might be a problem for people who like to go out at night after coming home from a tour to buy at TESCO for some snacks and water but overall would come back again. Breakfast was so-so but fair enough for the price.
