I like the hotel. Clean, roomy, with big windows, wooden desk and wardrobe. The TV is nice too. It has the setting that is like home.

Beds were too short for someone 190 cm talll and one of the nights was a bit cold. Apart of that everything else was absolutely fine!
Location very good as it is a short walk from Tower bridge and very closed to Aldgate and Tower Hill underground stations.. I definitely recommend!

It was nice that it was 5 minutes from Tower Bridge, and since the room is cleaned until 4 o'clock, I ask the counter to clean it up before then, and it will be cleaned up when I leave. Plenty of towels are provided, but the slightly soundproofing is a deduction

The Location was great for our needs, the room very spacious and clean, good price for London. The breakfast was ok, maybe not the warmest but good choices . The bar area was good and there was a happy hour which for London was fab. Would recommend if you want to stay right out of the thick of things.

Nice and clean. Newly refurbished. Very kind receptionist. Only down thing are the rooms facing the train tracks. Full English breakfast very Yammy. Love the sausages and Hash Browns.I will be coming back with my family, they have family rooms also.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before as it's perfectly located for my work travels and also fairly close to Liverpool Street train station. It's a short walk away from the River Thames and Tower Bridge (approx 10 minutes walk) so the sights of the City are easily accessible. Check-in was a little slow due to nobody being behind the desk on my arrival, but I was soon in my room which was located on the ground level. It's the usual high standards for the room, with plenty of space, a comfy bed, large TV, chairs, desk, tea / coffee / kettle, some (limited) clothing storage space, good sized bathroom, etc. The shower was pretty decent with adjustable head and a good temperature. There was a good breakfast buffet, with plenty of hot and cold options. all served buffet style. Coffee machine in the restaurant was fine but served drinks at the usual slow speed. The only real negative was being unable to get the Wi-Fi working properly so I wasn't able to work in the evening as planned...the laptop was connected to the Wi-Fi but for some reason the Premier Inn 'connect' screen never came up so I couldn't access my work emails or most websites...I tried on and off for well over an hour and eventually gave up and went to bed...oddly it worked fine in the morning but by then I had no time left to work. However, apart from the Internet issues it was an okay stay.
