The location of this unit is excellent as a bus stop is just around the corner. The nearest subway station isn't too far away either. However if you are travelling with a lot of luggage, this unit might not be suitable to you as there are no lifts within the premise. In addition, the level of communication could be better as I had a number of queries but only 1 out of 3 got responded.

This is a self-check-in house with a black door and a cafe next to it. Please check your email for check-in details! The house is very compact and not transparent. The bed is upstairs and the stairs are very steep. If you stay in London in the summer when the temperature is 27 or 28 degrees during the day, the room will be very stuffy and it will be even hotter to cook. You must open the window when sleeping at night! It is recommended that this homestay be equipped with an electric fan!

The apartment is well situated. Instructions about access were clear. The washer and the dishwasher were appreciated. The apartment is pretty tiny. Even though the apartment had been cleaned, the mattress was dirty (stains, hair, etc.), the walls show scratches. The neighbors are quiet but the door does not filter any noise (you'll here people coming and going in the building).
Good for the price but could improve on mattress cleaning and sound proofing.

The quilt is stained, there are used garbage bags on the sheets, there is a serious shortage of shower gel and shampoo, there are bugs crawling out of the closet, and the ironing board needs to be replaced.

Location was excellent, walking distance to Baker St Station, Marylebone high street, Regent Park, lots of food choices, etc. The apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor, relatively quite, but it's winter, so windows mostly closed. The stairs to the apartment was squishy (with the carpeting) and uneven, so be careful if you have seniors travelling with you. The apartment is quite new and very clean. The shower door needs some fixing. Kitchen had everything we needed, including microwave, oven, utensils, fridge and washer/dryer . The only complain I have is that the manual provided for the apartment is for some other apartment. Most of the instructions for appliances etc are for other makes/models, so you'll have to figure things out yourself.
