The city view through the big floor-to-ceiling windows was really nice and the room is big. The shower room was nice. But the smell of new decoration makes me dizzy a little bit, and there is no windows for ventilation.

An excellent stay. The service was very nice starting from entering the hotel; there were always warm greetings in the lobby; the bed was very comfortable and there was a nice view outside the window. Everything is perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a comfortable experience.
Room:
The room was very comfortable, clean, and a good size—definitely appreciated after a long day of travel.
Location:
The hotel is conveniently located near train stations, with a few convenience stores and a supermarket nearby. There also seem to be several bus options, which made getting around quite easy.
Environment:
The surroundings felt quiet and safe, which added to the overall sense of comfort during the stay.
Staff:
While the staff were polite, I found them to be lacking in warmth. There wasn’t even a professional smile from the main counter staff. In the hospitality industry, I believe a simple smile can go a long way in making guests feel welcome.

This hotel is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in the UK. The rooms are large, the service is good, and there are many bottles of free water. It is very nice.

I recently stayed at art’otel London Hoxton and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
