Good location but we stayed at level 3 and no lift… not recommended for those who carrying heavy luggage.

This is the 2nd time I have written this review, so I can only presume you didn’t appreciate my comments first time round.
I am unable to rate this accommodation as I was unable to locate the premises never mind sleep there.
And yes I was in the right location according to google maps and satnav. Unable to find any signage to indicate the location of the premises,and asking local businesses in the same street,none of whom had heard of it, and after an hour of searching gave up, cut our trip short and made our way home by train. Very Disappointed.
