Facilities: The room is small but comfortable. The bed is moderately hard and soft. The electrical appliances and lighting are very good. The charging is in line with modern design. The orientation and layout are reasonable. The bottom of the bed can be dragged out of the cabinet to place the suitcase. There are blinds on the windows that cannot be opened. There is a bar opposite, but it is not noisy at night. It is quite safe. British hotels do not have toiletries and slippers, but there are towels, hand soap and shower shampoo, a hair dryer, and 2 bottles of still water for free every night.
Service: Every service staff has a good attitude. Some are very enthusiastic and can store luggage for free.
Transportation: It is very close to Farringdon subway station, about 7 minutes walk. It is very convenient to take each subway line to go anywhere and go to the airport. There are public buses opposite the hotel and at the corner to various attractions and King's Cross Station. King's Cross Station can also be reached by foot in about 20 to 25 minutes.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk across the Thames River, and you can basically check out the famous attractions along the Thames River. It's so close to Farringdon Underground Station and it's very convenient to go to the outskirts of London. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, with a variety of choices, and many British people from other places stay. The disadvantage is that the room is relatively small and there are no cleaning supplies. It is a cost-effective hotel.

The hotel served its purpose as somewhere to stay whilst we explored London however our experience could have been improved by a better breakfast service, better wifi and a room clean without having to request it. The breakfast service is clearly understaffed and the team need more support to be able to make it run more smoothly. There isn’t enough tables to accommodate the guests, there was a lack of clean mugs/glasses, the hot food was running out faster than the chefs were able to top it up and some of the crockery was dirty. Check in was easy and our room was easy to find however we didn’t see the sign that said we had to request a room clean and by the time we found out it was too late in the day for the team to be able to accommodate it. This isn’t common for hotels in my experience so it would be good to be told this at check in. Most of the staff were friendly. The room was very small and the bed was against a wall which isn’t ideal however I understand this may not be the case for other rooms.

It was the smallest premium inn I've ever been too, but realize now it's because it's a hub. No bath and although bed was comfy it was tucked away. Breakfast not as good as normal premium and disappointing. Ornaments in dining area were dusty but was nice. They ran out of Madri so went out.

Outstanding customer service. Very comfortable room. Had everything you could want for a stay in London. Very clean and tidy. Staff smiling and so polite and helpful. 5* . I would certainly come back to stay. Breakfast was catering for all tastes and excellent presentation.

The Hub is a sparkly new hotel which has great staff and is spotlessly clean. The bar/ restaurant area is spacious and comfortable and serves a good value breakfast. My main points of concern was the hotel do not provide drink making facilities in the room and the ‘bigger’ was still a little cramped. Overall, it was good value for money.

Great experience at hub Clerkenwell. I stayed there on 19th of october and the lady that helped me in reception, i think her name was ioana, really made my stay wonderful by helping me with ideas to get around London and served some interesting cocktails.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite veing busy they gave attention to customers abd conversed very pleasantly. The rooms werecomfortable abd quietdespite being on a busy road. The location is convenient. Breakfast was good.
