Very convenient, centrally located with reasonable price. Staffs were very helpful, room was clean. Also they have luggage storage facilities. Everything nearby from shops, restaurants, trains, buses, attractions and that's saves lots of money.

This place is disgusting, told them I was disabled, we paid for 12 days, only stayed 3, was told we would get refund, have waited 4 months nothing, there was no table or chairs, no wardrobe or drawers, no teaspoons, paper cups, window was filthy, couldn’t swing a cat in there. The top floor rooms, had to go to level one, for bathroom facilities, not good at night, charges extra to leave suitcases in office, no room to put them, extra 2 pound a day per suitcase. It was more like a pack packers hostels

Evitez cet hôtel ! 1ère chose, il y a des PUNAISES DE LIT ! La chambre en était infestée. Nous avons été piqués et avons fait une réaction allergique. Nous n'avons su que c'était des piqures de punaises de lit qu'une fois rentrés en France après avoir vu un médecin. Lors de notre réservation en décembre il n'y avait pas de commentaires sur des punaises de lit. Mais lorsque nous sommes rentrés et avons vérifiés les commentaires nous avons vu qu'entre février et septembre, plusieurs clients ont eu le même problème. "L'hôtel" est donc au courant mais ne fait rien pour s'en débarrasser. Car 2nd point le ménage était indécent. Moisissures sur les murs, lits sales, salle de bain salle. Chambre minuscule qui ne correspond en rien aux photos mises sur le sites. A peine l'espace de mettre 2 valises. Pas de lampes de chevet seulement la lumière principale de la chambre. Pas de tapis de bain. WIFI qui ne marche pas et pas d'eau chaude. LE Room service ... un mot qui ne veut apparemment rien dire dans ce lieu car a part vider la poubelle ils ne savent rien faire. Nous avions réservés 7 nuits la bas malheureusement et n'avons jamais eu de draps changés malgré les infos données dans le hall (à savoir tous les 5 jours). Les serviettes n'étaient pas toujours changées et vu la ventilation de la chambre elles ne séchaient pas. La fenêtre ne s'ouvraient pas mais avait un bout de carreau cassé.

The reception area didn’t fill me with much confidence about the sort of room I’d be staying in, it was dingy and needed brightening up as did the staff who seemed miserable and tired. I found it interesting that in order to get to my room I had to go next door but this wasn’t an issue for me. The room although spacious looked a little shabby and dirty and could use brightening up and modernised such as a bigger tv on the wall, USB sockets, a long mirror would’ve been helpful and free WiFi. I can’t comment on the noise level as I’m deaf but I can imagine it’s not very quiet. I think I got lucky with my room, it was very spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable and I had a great sleep every night. The shower was good and temperature good and hair and body wash provided. There was also tea/coffee making facilities provided and a hair dryer. The location was great, not far from Victoria coach, rail and underground stations. Also great restaurants and cafes nearby and all in all I had a surprisingly pleasant stay!

A nice hotel in a great area, staff were helpful and the bed was really comfortable, would definitely stay here again, my only criticism is that there was no mirror outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was a wet room which is fine until you need to use the toilet as you are going to get set feet, but overall it was a good stay.

The rooms are very small. They do not have a closet and the bathroom only consists of a toilet and a small shower. But the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. For the short time we spent at the hotel it was more than enough. The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly the excellent location. I was afraid of finding something much worse, so in the end the quality+location/price ratio left us more than satisfied.

One of the worst hotels in 30 years of travel, noisy hotel, toilet and shower almost unusable, tiny room, no soundproofing between rooms and between floors. All for approx. 145 chf per night for a double, without breakfast and not refundable.
