I stayed for a few days. Although the staff at the counter were different, they were all very nice.
The room was not cleaned every day, and the supplies (shampoo, shower gel, soap, coffee, tea bags, sugar) were not replenished every day, but there were two green apples several times (but they were not delicious...)

This is the basement, please mark it. In the middle of the night, the floor leaked to my pillow, and a large area was wet. Location is perfect for travelling in London.
A kettle was dirty so I regret to use it.
Last day ,heater seemed broken even I asked staff to check the condition. Also, towel was not sometimes changed to new one even after cleaning.

A very basic room with minimal amenities, however the room was very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Bathroom was very modern a few cracks in some of the tiles but nothing that was of concern.
For myself the beds were a little uncomfortable but they were beautifully made with a blanket at the end and a little biscuit on the pillows.
Perfect stay for 1 night for an early morning train
