I liked it a lot, we had premium rooms and it was very good except that my towel smelled bad, another thing I didn't like was the English breakfast, which was good except for that because there was a kind of strange bacon that couldn't even be cut and you could barely eat, the rest was perfect, the receptionist was very nice and did a very good job.

The truth is that the only thing I have to say about this hotel is a complaint because when we arrived at the reception, the one that was there did not even check if we had a reservation and charged you directly later when I told them that I already had a reservation and verified that if we had the reservation made for the return of the money was a disaster they could not refund the money directly, the truth is that for almost 86 £ it is not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

La struttura non è male ma nonostante i continui solletici la camera non veniva pulita.Durante tutto il soggiorno durato 10 giorni hanno pulito la camera appena 3 volte. Fra l'altro altri familiari occupavano un'altra camera e anche loro hanno avuto lo stesso nostro problema. L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione vicinissima alla metropolitana .È un vero peccato che sia tanto inefficiente .
