The hotel location is very convenient to public transport and lots of different restaurants nearby to choose from. There's also a restaurant and bar inside the hotel if you don't fancy going out. The place is very clean and tidy. The only thing I'm not so impressed with is the way the staff talk or interact with the guests. Not very friendly at all and no smiles. There was only one person that was really nice and I think he was the manager.
Hotel room size is decent, however the noise insulation is quite bad. I could hear people walking and talking loud in the corridor in the morning which affected my sleeps. Also we found a sim card on the bed when we checked in, that’s a bit weird. Breakfast is nice too have a wide range of food to choose from, they refilled the food quite quickly.
I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were not only friendly but also extremely efficient in checking me in. The check-in process was smooth, and they even provided me with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch after a long journey.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with a touch of classic charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the premium toiletries, plush towels, and a well-stocked minibar.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, from freshly baked pastries to hot dishes and healthy choices. I also dined at the restaurant for dinner, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. The menu featured a fantastic selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared with the finest ingredients.
The hotel’s location is another great advantage. Situated in the heart of the city, it was within walking distance of major attractions, shopping districts, and transportation links, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself was an oasis of calm, providing a quiet and relaxing environment.
The staff at [Hotel Name] went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From arranging transportation to offering helpful recommendations for sightseeing, their attention to detail was exceptional. I also made use of the hotel’s fitness center, which was well-equipped, and I found the spa services to be incredibly relaxing.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at [Hotel Name], and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting [City Name]. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or a special occasion, this hotel provides an outstanding level of comfort, service, and luxury. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
A fairly value for money hotel, especially in London. Breakfast is delicious, they serve sumptuous and proper English styled breakfast. Location wise, it’s a bit far to the city centre, but is convenient if you are flying in and out from the Gatwick airport.
The hotel itself was fine. However, all night there was lots of noise from other guests returning and this affected sleep. There were guests smoking on the floor we stayed and a very strong smell of ****. We checked out after one night as could not face another night of this. Reported to reception and was told there is nothing they can do about smoking. Would not recommend if staying with a young family.
The hotel offered basic and clean accommodation for a fair price. Breakfast was included and offered decent choice. Our only issue was that one of the rooms was next to the lift, so we immediately asked the staff at reception to change it and he said the hotel was fully booked. Asked us to wait and was happy to welcome and check-in new arriving guests and answer their questions, while we were left waiting for a room change that we never got… not sure what was the point of the wait. He had been unhelpful at check-in anyway and seemed very inexperienced, so we ended up having a poor nights sleep because of the noise of the lift. We booked 2 rooms for the same rate, but the one next to the lift should definitely be cheaper.
