Bank London|1.63km from Gray's Inn
Very satisfied with a hotel, worthy of this price. When I made a mistake at the time of booking, I saw that the room information showed that the facilities for the disabled were provided, and I didn’t think about it. I found that it was a special room for the disabled. It was really embarrassing. . . Before the check-in, the hotel contacted me via Ctrip and asked me about my check-in time. My answer may arrive at noon, which will be far earlier than the hotel's check-in time. The reply will be arranged according to the situation on the day. On the day of the check-in, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 and they were all ready. Thank you very much! The hotel was originally remodeled by the bank and opened only last year, new and atmospheric. There are seven or eight restaurants in the hotel lobby, and the taste is comprehensive. Geographically, it is located in the downtown area, walking close to the hotels around the Thames, and next to the subway station. The decor of the room is completely classic British style, the details are carefully polished, very special and very like. There are no less than 20 kinds of bath products, which is extremely luxurious. I saw a comment on the book saying that the sound of the music downstairs was noisy, but the actual experience was completely unrecognizable. The sound insulation of the window was well done. The sound of the door next door was noisy. This may be the only fly in the ointment.

Citadines Holborn - Covent Garden London

London|0.43km from Gray's Inn
Let start with some positives:- Great location, very close to tube station, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The area is very safe with both foot and vehicle traffic, travelling as a solo female I never felt unsafe at any time of the day or early evening. The room was well appointed with all you needed in a well set up mini kitchen for cooking some meals, although there was occasionally a cooking smell in the hallways when other guests were cooking something very strong. The main areas, including a fantastic (app. required) laundry were always clean and tidy. There is a seating area adjacent to reception where you can make yourself a drink and relax. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom mid grade with hot water (more about that later) Now to the negatives:- There were two issues whilst I was staying here, one was no hot water for one weekend and no wifi for another weekend. Whilst these issues do occur I'm sure at other hotels from time to time the communication was poor around these issues, with staff not able to answer when these issues would be resolved. After quite a few to and fro's the reception staff finally found another hotel for me for one night so at least I could have a shower. Before I checked out I took the oppurtunity to sit down with Marco, the front officer manager to provide him with my constructive feedback about my stay and the issues including communication. Marco thanked me for taking the time to speak to him, and hopefully my feedback will assist management in future if issues like this arise again. Although these issues did arise and detracted from my overall happiness with the stay I would be happy to stay here again in future as long as issues identified are dealt with promptly and communication has improved.

The service at Rosewood is very good. Thanks to the customer service manager Maryna. My daughter was not feeling well and kept vomiting on the carpet and into the trash can. Every time she asked housekeeping to clean it up immediately. The last time she came to help us wash the trash can and asked me if I needed anything. Or medicine, it’s so heart-warming! Rosewood and Maryna made me experience the luxurious British service. I will come again and recommend to my friends.

The location of the hotel is simply amazing, just a few minutes walk from Saint Pancras, Bitish Museum and Trafalgar Square. The hotel itself is utterly bland, with a lackluster reception, spacious but equally drab rooms, windowless breakfast room. On the day of our arrival, the hotel's computer system was so slow that we had to wait a long time to be assigned a room.

Great room, very clean and modern looking. I liked all the extra touches in the room, we had everything we needed. The staff were great too, very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet which suited us and was close to a tube station for the attractions. Would recommend.

I'm on my honeymoon! I want to feel more local feeling than the hotel I booked it as an airbnb-feeling apartment Very spacious and nice! I didn't worry about badburgh! It was good condition, and it was good to take a towel if you ask. There's all the kitchen, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the microwave, the pot, etc. It was great to take the Korean food you brought! Especially, the hot water and the radiator are so warm that they are so warm It was a basement floor (ring underground), but it didn't matter! There was a window so it was ventilated! However, I recommend that you check in online in advance and then receive the door code in advance! We didn't do it in advance, but it was blocked at the entrance and kept in touch with the ownerㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ It is very convenient to receive the code! Thank you for your intermediate contact :)
