Crowne Plaza London Ealing, an IHG Hotel

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.
Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross, an IHG Hotel

Great convenient location, situated a few bus stops from Kings Cross station where there’s food and convenience stores. This is a good hotel for families, business and solo travelers. Room was clean and tidy. A little cramped but that is expected of London. Order grilled salmon from room service one night and Reshma was warm and friendly. The reception were super helpful and accomodating to my requests. I appreciate the staff providing me with the necessary support when I was sick. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

The first time I stayed at the inn of the Huatang Hall, the first feeling of entering Nanxuan seemed to have entered the tall threshold of the ancient deep house courtyard, the threshold of bright copper, the old golden door lock with a copper key with a long tassel. It seems that the door moment of time opens, and you step into the courtyard of a large dynasty. It’s just that there is no coldness in the deep house, but the garden is full of green flowers. Lijiang life starts from here. The inn’s friends are not like waiters. It’s like your travel companion. They are intimately calling you, kindly like family. They seem to use this as their home. My little butler, Xiao Du, is as straightforward as a boy, and the tricycle picks up the luggage. The old city lost the way to go home and help us make the journey. It is very good! Thank you, dear, don’t hesitate to say goodbye, I hope to come to Lijiang next time to find Xiao Du.

I stayed here for 3 nights while working at an event at the nearby ExCel. After travelling from Scotland and spending the afternoon in the centre setting up for an event, I was looking forward to a clean and comfortable room to relax and have a good night sleep in. That’s exactly what I got. The room was bigger than I expected, very comfortably furnished and super clean. I liked being able to open the window as I like fresh air coming in. There was plenty of external noise from both the building site at the back (which my room was facing, but I was out working all day so didn’t bother me), and overheard aircraft. However, I never heard a thing at night with the window closed and I slept really well every night. Breakfast was very enjoyable, good quality, good selection, freshly cooked and well presented. It was ideal for starting my busy days. This hotel was absolutely perfect for my needs. Close to the venue, and a room which was lovely to come back to after very busy days to unwind and relax in. If returning to this area again, it will definitely be my first choice to stay.
Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel

We chose this hotel because it's onveniently connected to terminal 4, so we don't have to travel from London city early to catch our morning flight. The room is a bit stuffy. The air-conditioning isn't cold enough even though we set it at 16°C. The toilet has no shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The good thing is, the bed is very big and comfy. We rested well, and that's all that matters.
